Yes, it's wedding season obviously!

Carrie and Michael, also very old friends from my school days, asked me to photograph their wedding. Again, I was just too happy, and what a wedding it was!

The venue was amazing, the couple was beautiful, the guests were tons of fun and the entire day was just perfect!

It was an honour to photograph this wedding!

Coreen & Grant Young - Wedding

Well - what can I say about this?

Grant and Coreen are friends of mine, and when they were searching for a photographer for their wedding, they just couldn't seem to find what they were looking for. Eventually they asked me, which they didn't want to do because I was also an invited guest.

I was part of the engagement (literally Grant surprised Coreen with a ring during a 'couple' shoot! - see it here).

So I was just too happy to help out with their wedding!

As a couple, they are just perfect for each other - in every. single. way.

I look forward to photographing pregnant bellies, babies and a growing family in the years to come.

Zeenat & Taahir - Wedding

On Sunday I photographed the wedding of Zeenat to Taahir. This was my first non-Christian wedding, so it was so interesting to see the customs and traditions at this wedding! Also, it was without a doubt a really lavish affair! Wherever you looked was draping, white, pink and silver... Then, there were splashes of the most beautiful colours on the sari's of the women there! Wow! The colours were amazing!
