I had such an amazing time photographing Mark, Samm and their little boy Deqlan on Saturday morning at the Irene Dairy. Deqlan was my first newborn shoot two years ago, and this little boy holds a very special place in my heart! Look out for the pictures of Deqlan without his top on, the scars on his tummy are from undergoing chemotherapy when he was under a year old - he is a warrior and survivor of neuroblastoma at such a young age! He makes all of us proud to be in his life to witness his spirit and determination!

Absolutely breathtaking! I really think these photos are your best yet - maybe because when I look at them, I see pure happiness, pure joy, pure innocence, pure sprit, pure excitement but above all pure love!
My favorite is the one where both his hands are on his face - how angelic! I love this little boy with all my heart and soul and thats why I thank you from the bottom of my heart for these beautiful and wonderful memories for my family! God bless!
